　今日は雨が降っていたため校庭ではなく学校の中で練習をしました。試合が近づいているので試合に向けて体力をつけるために1時間階段ダッシュをしました。

マネージャーより

　今日のみんなの練習を見て驚きました。1時間で1回も休憩せずに走っている人がいて本当にびっくりしました。試合が近づいているのでみんな試合に向けて本気で頑張りましょう。👊

     It was raining today, so we practiced in the school building instead of the field. We run up to the stairs for an hour to build up body strength for the upcoming games.

From the assistant

     I was surprised to see everyone practicing today. I was really surprised to see some of them running for an hour without taking a single break. The game is coming up soon, so everyone should really work hard for the game. 👊👊
