10月、ウェリントン大学主催のラグビークリニックに参加しました。

元ニュージーランド代表のピリ・ウィプー（Piri Weepu）氏とネーミア・ティアラタ（Neemia Tialata）氏に英語による指導をしていただきました。

この二人が参加した生徒たちに何度も強調していたのが、「基本をしっかりと意識して、プレーすること」でした。生徒たちは熱心に話を聞き、練習に取り組んでいました。

In October, we took part in a rugby clinic hosted by the University of Wellington.

We received coaching in English from former New Zealand internationals Piri Weepu and Neemia Tialata.

What they repeatedly stressed to the students was “always focus on the basics when you play.

” The students listened attentively and threw themselves into the practice sessions.
