１学年令和５年度英語合宿を実施しました

11月15日（水）～17日（金）の3日間、埼玉県の国立女性教育会館で1学年外国語コース生徒対象の英語研修を実施しました。生徒は3日間の間 English only の生活を送りながら英語でグループプレゼンテーションを行いました。

1学年英語合宿　代表生徒の感想レポート
"I learned that speaking English is challenging at the English Camp. I understand it's difficult, which is why I study English. However, on the first day, when trying to speak with teachers, nerves got the better of me, and the words didn't come out easily. Even during lunch, when the teacher asked about spinach, we struggled to respond in English. This experience made me realize the need to study English words more. Despite the language barrier, I discovered the joy of spending time with people from different countries, engaging in activities like talking, studying, and playing. It's amazing how the power of English connects us, despite being from various nations. As I prepare for a presentation, I find it challenging but rewarding to communicate in English within this diverse friendship."

英語キャンプで私は英語で話すことが難しいと学びました。難しいからこそ、英語の勉強をしていました。しかし、最初の日に先生たちと英語で話すことを試みたとき、緊張から言葉がうまく出ませんでした。昼食の時も、先生がほうれん草について尋ねると、英語で答えるのに苦労しました。この経験から、英単語の勉強が必要だと感じました。言葉の壁がある中でも、異なる国の人たちとの時間を共有することの喜びを発見しました。話すこと、勉強すること、遊ぶことなど、さまざまな活動を通じて異なる国の人たちとつながりました。様々な国の人々が繋がる英語の力は素晴らしいと思います。プレゼンテーションの準備をしている中で、英語でコミュニケーションをとることは難しいですが、多様な友情の中でそれが充実していると感じました。
