Good Food with Good Company makes Great Memories　～JET Lunch　はじまりました！～

The lunch period is a time to stop work, recharge with food and, most importantly, hang with friends. 

This week the JET teachers and students started using this time to learn and use English while enjoying home-made lunches as well as store-bought meals together. 

With the JET teachers asking questions about various things such as, “What’s for lunch today?”, “Who made your lunch?”, and “What is a country/place you would like to visit most?”  Students tried their best to answer in English whilst eating their delicious meals. 

The conversations have been both interesting and funny. While eating and talking can be hard to do, the JET teachers have learnt a little more about their students, and hopefully the students have gained more confidence in English.
