オーストラリア海外研修を実施しました

本校では、７月２９日から８月７日までの１０日間、オーストラリアにおいて海外研修を実施しました。

参加した生徒たちは、現地での語学研修や文化体験、学校訪問などを通して、異なる文化や価値観に触れながら学びを深めました。

また、ホストファミリーや現地の方々との交流を通じて、英語によるコミュニケーションに積極的に挑戦し、貴重な経験を積むことができました。

研修１日目　オーストラリアに行ってきます！

I am looking forward to going to Australia. Australia has a lot of beautiful nature and many animals. I want to see koalas and make new friends. I want to make this a meaningful experience. (H.N.)

 

研修２日目　オーストラリアに到着！

I had a hard time falling asleep on the plane, and it was uncomfortable because I couldn't change my position. The flight attendants were not Japanese, so I had a chance to speak English with them, which was a new and interesting experience. My host family welcomed me warmly, and I felt very comfortable and relieved. (C.T.)

 

研修３日目　授業初日

Today, I joined classes at St. Joseph's School. It was a lot of fun because I was able to make a new friend. Then, I learned the Australian slang "gonna." I'm gonna use it from tomorrow. (K.S.)

 

研修４日目　ホストファミリーとの週末①

Today was my first day off. My whole host family went to the shopping center. I had the chance to watch a movie, but I thought it would be too difficult in English. So, I had lunch with my host brother and played games at the arcade. Then, I ordered a kebab by myself for the first time. I had to repeat myself many times, but I was very happy when I finally managed to order it. At night, we built a huge bonfire. I also played video games with my host family. I had to speak only English today. I can understand English better now, so I want to keep talking in English from tomorrow onwards. (S.M.)

 

研修５日目　ホストファミリーとの週末②

Today, I climbed a mountain called Giant's Leap behind the house. The view from the top was so beautiful, and the air was very clean. After dinner, I played a card game called UNO Flip with my host family. I found that some of the rules were different from those in Japan. When we finished the game, they gave me some gifts. I was very happy. (K.E.)

 

研修６日目　清瀬高校や日本文化を紹介

I went to school after the weekend. I took part in science experiments and attended classes. I was very nervous during my Japanese presentation, but I was happy because the Australian students asked a lot of questions. In the sweets-making activity, I made cupcakes and gave them to my host family, and they were happy. After school, Charlotte showed me her dance, and I had a great time playing games with my host family. (Y.S.)

Today, I gave a presentation. Everyone was interested in Japan, which made me happy. Also, when I gave the cake I made at school to my host family, they were happy. (R.N.)

 

研修７日目　伸び伸びと演劇や体育の授業

Today, I attended about two regular classes with my buddy. The chemistry teacher welcomed the exchange students and danced to "Bakuretsu Aishiteru." There was also a drama class, and I was surprised because we don't have classes like that in Japan. I exercised for the first time since coming to Australia and played pickleball for the first time as well. It was fun because several teachers joined the P.E. class. (M.K.)

In the afternoon, my host father took me to a mountain. The view was very beautiful, and it was a wonderful experience for me. I feel so happy to be taken somewhere new every day, and I am deeply grateful to my host family for giving someone like me such wonderful experiences. (R.M.)

 

研修８日目　学校の友達やホストファミリーと過ごす最後の一日

Time flew by so fast. I'll miss this place so much, and I want to stay here longer. For dinner, we had pizza. My mother also bought me some bread for lunch. It looks really delicious, and I'm looking forward to eating it! (R.M.)

I learned about Australian geography and English. I also joined a Japanese class and wrote hiragana on a whiteboard. It was a lot of fun! I don't want to go back to Japan. (I.S.)

 

研修９日目　ホストファミリーや友達との別れ

Right before leaving, I had lunch with my buddy. I gave my buddy a thank-you letter and handed out Tim Tams to everyone, enjoying our last moments together. After saying goodbye to my buddy, the school staff, and the members of my group, we boarded our flight from Sydney. The night view from the plane window was breathtaking, as if the memories of this trip were sparkling below us.

研修を通して、生徒たちは語学力の向上だけでなく、国際的な視野や主体性を育むことができました。この経験を今後の学校生活や進路実現に生かしてくれることを期待しています。
