Fairytales and Folk Tales(1)
I read two books of fairytales during lockdown. One was a book of Japanese stories, and the other was from Ireland. When I was a child, my mom and dad often told me fairytales before I went to bed. I think most fairytales we hear in the United States are from England and Germany. I didn’t know Irish or Japanese stories. When I was reading these stories while falling asleep, I felt like a little kid again! It was a really fun experience.
