Turning off my Phone 2 by Daniel Ervin
So during lockdown, I tried turning off my phone an hour before bed. I also put my phone outside my bedroom. I bought an alarm clock to wake up in the morning, and I bought a reading light to put in my bed. Instead of looking at my phone or computer, I read books before bed. Sometimes I just sat quietly for a while to relax, too.
I noticed that my dreams have become much clearer and more realistic since I started this habit. I think my quality of sleep is much better. It’s also easier to get out of bed in the morning, because I don’t have my phone there to distract me. I’m going to continue this habit for sure.
